Description: The GlycoEnzDB is a manually curated glycoEnzyme database, primarily focused on humans. It covers 390 enzymes across 28 pathway maps. Facilities are also available to create custom glycosylation reaction pathways using experimental data in SBML format and for pathway simulation

• ppGalNAc-T1 is localized throughout the Golgi
• Mutations in ppGalNAcT activity can result in various diseases.
• ppGalNAc-T2 and ppGalNAc-T3 were more abundant in the trans and medial Golgi.
• GALNT2 has broad specificity for a number of mucin proteins like MUC1, MUC5AC etc. It may also be involved in glycosylating IgA1 hinge region.
