Description: The GlycoEnzDB is a manually curated glycoEnzyme database, primarily focused on humans. It covers 390 enzymes across 28 pathway maps. Facilities are also available to create custom glycosylation reaction pathways using experimental data in SBML format and for pathway simulation

About

• FUT9 is restricted to subpopulations such as granulocytes, natural killer cells, and B cells. It is also highly expressed in the brain.
• In blood cells, it forms the LewisX/CD15/SSEA-1 antigen and it also helps form LeY structures.
• May participate in forming E-selectin ligand in humans, along with FUT4 and 7.
